Mantobeni Camp
Manyeleti Game Reserve
The Manyeleti Game Reserve shares its borders with Kruger National Park, Timbavati Game Reserve, and Sabi Sands Game Reserve, forming part of a huge land area where wildlife roams free.
Managed by the Mnisi people, ancestral custodians of this land, Manyeleti's name holds special significance. In Shangaan, it means "Place of Stars" – a fitting tribute to the dazzling night sky that unfolds after sunset.
Typically dry, Manyeleti offers spectacular wildlife viewing as animals congregate at waterholes. Beyond exceptional game viewing, the reserve provides insights into the rich culture and traditions of the Mnisi people.
Accommodation
Spacious and airy luxury safari tents with canvas walls and roll-up flaps, creating a connection with the outdoors.
Each tent has an open-air en-suite bathroom, large beds with quality linen, and a private deck overlooking the bushveld.
Gauze tent flaps and mosquito nets provide protection while allowing the natural sounds and breezes of the bush to lull you to sleep.
The camp is unfenced, so expect to hear the sounds of the African bush at night, including hyenas, lions, and elephants.
Tents are elevated on wooden platforms and furnished for comfort, with extra-long queen/twin size beds.
Services: Daily housekeeping and turn-down service are included.

March in the Manyeleti Game Reserve, similar to Kruger National Park, features a transition from summer to winter. Expect warm days with highs around 32°C and cooler nights dropping to 16°C. Though rainfall decreases in March, afternoon showers are still possible.
For your safari in Manyeleti, pack lightweight, breathable clothing for warm days, along with a light rain jacket and a warm layer for cooler evenings and mornings. Don't forget essentials like swimwear, comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and insect repellent.
Remember that the weather can be unpredictable, so layering your clothing is crucial for adapting to temperature changes throughout the day.
